About The WRCMA'S

The Mission of the West Coast Reggae Caribbean Music Awards (WRCMA) is to celebrate, promote and recognize Caribbean, Canadian and African Music and Community Achievers in the Western British Columbian community.

The WRCMA Society (West Coast Reggae Caribbean Music Award Society) was created as a registered non-profit society, formed to oversee this inaugural event – Vancouver’s First, British Columbia’s Best, and Western Canada’s Premier Award Showcase.

On Saturday, March 19, 2011, Stronger Than Before Productions will be pleased to present the first West Coast Reggae Caribbean Music Awards program in Vancouver, at the Diamond Banquet Hall, 7845 Edmonds, Burnaby, B.C.

This will be a black tie, red carpet affair celebrating our promoters, song writers, and community achievers; bands and their creators, the pioneers of early musical entertainment boosters, and the builders of our community from a cultural and ethno base.

We shall come together to celebrate our accomplishment and honour those who are well deserving as we provide a venue and process to support and grow young artists and contributors in this community.

Let us step in style and celebrate the Caribbean, Canadian and African community as we proudly celebrate different genres of music and entertainment options that are readily available in our City.
